Job Description
This full-time position offers a unique blend of outpatient and hospitalist responsibilities, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment. Your days will be filled with:
- 3 days of outpatient care per week, providing high-quality medical services to children and their families.
- 1 day as the practice hospitalist, caring for patients at the hospital and collaborating with the medical team to deliver exceptional care.
Compensation Package
- A highly competitive salary, reflecting your dedication and expertise as a pediatrician.
- An annual cash bonus of up to 5% of your total salary, based on performance and contributions to the practice.
- 4 weeks of bank time per year, allowing for relaxation, rejuvenation, and recharging.
- Malpractice insurance provided and paid for by the employer, giving you peace of mind and financial security.
- CMEs up to $2,000.00 per year, supporting your ongoing education and professional development.
- The employer covers all professional dues and licensure fees, eliminating unnecessary expenses and administrative burdens.
