Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing and Testing: Manufacture and test electro-mechanical components, assemblies, equipment, and machinery, including precision encoders, motors, brakes, instruments, controls, robots, and machines.
  • Quality and Safety: Identify quality and safety improvements for the production team and overall company.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in the identification of improvements in our assembly instruction, work instruction, testing, quality inspection procedures, and testing.
  • Quality Policies: Uphold the quality policies of the company.
  • Cross-Training: Be cross-trained over multiple assemblies with the expectation of mastering each and every assembly.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Two (2) years of manufacturing experience required. GDT and GMP experience preferred.
