Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers and provide assistance with selecting parts and items in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Provide price quotes and related information to customers in person or over the phone.
  • Inventory Management
    • Work with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of parts and inventory.
    • Communicate with the Service Personnel to ensure effective inventory management.
    • Notify management of out-of-stock items or shop materials that require immediate attention.
  • Order Fulfillment
    • Pull and fill orders from current stock.
    • Follow up on back-ordered items and replenish assigned inventory daily.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Assist with cash handling and other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills
    • Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner.
  • Organizational Skills
    • Excellent organizational and sequencing skills to manage inventory and sales processes.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong computer skills to manage inventory and sales data.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift between 10-50 lbs. on occasion.
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
