Job Title: Promotions Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Promotions Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the development, planning, and execution of promotions, events, and marketing efforts in support of the Players Club and Player Development areas of the Marketing Department. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of promotional materials, including flyers, posters, and social media content.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Operations Manager to plan and execute events, including theme development, budgeting, and logistics.
  • Work closely with the Players Club and Player Development teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions and events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Food and Beverage, Facilities, and Wardrobe, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Supervise and train team members as needed, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve promotional efforts and events.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience in promotions, marketing, special events, or public relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the Gaming industry, preferably in Tribal Gaming.
  • Knowledge of casino marketing functions, including data base, advertising, promotions, and branding.
  • Experience with promotional software and Casino Marketplace.

Working Conditions:

This position spends time on the Casino floor and is subject to varying levels of crowds and noise, and the severity of which depends upon guest volume.
