This role encompasses overseeing various facets of production, including the scheduling of multiple production lines, procurement of necessary materials, coordinating delivery logistics, and maintaining effective communication with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
  • Supervise the daily operations of Warehouse Technicians across multiple shifts.
  • Create and manage schedules for production lines.
  • Facilitate communication with clients regarding their orders and schedules.
  • Manage the procurement of raw materials by generating and tracking Purchase Orders.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of materials.
  • Implement Just In Time inventory practices to minimize stock levels.
  • Adjust orders in response to scheduling changes.
  • Maintain accurate records in relevant systems.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of storage areas for materials.
  • Conduct daily physical inventories to verify material counts.
  • Oversee the rotation of products based on receipt dates.
  • Document discrepancies in shipments to prevent production delays.
  • Coordinate the handling of material quality holds and their resolutions.
  • Participate in departmental audits and quality system implementations.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and relevant inventory management systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive team environment and meet productivity standards.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience preferred.

Physical Requirements: This position may require lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds and involves working in a dynamic environment with exposure to various conditions.
