Position Overview:
As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will provide essential support to our clinic's operations on an as-needed basis. Your schedule may vary, aligning with our clinic's hours of operation.
Clinic Hours:
- Monday & Thursday: 7am - 5pm
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 7am - 3:30pm
- Friday: 7am - 12:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and wellness coaches, to promote health and wellness among employees and their families.
- Adhere to APTA professional standards while utilizing current research and clinical reasoning to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Facilitate direct access to physical therapy services, ensuring that our therapists operate at their highest skill level.
- Engage in effective communication through participation in health center meetings and documentation.
- Conduct continuing education activities, including peer reviews and presentations.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to enhance workplace safety and employee well-being.
Program Development:
As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to create and implement health promotion initiatives, such as:
- Injury prevention workshops
- Ergonomic assessments
- Body mechanics training
Qualifications:
- Valid state licenses and certifications to practice
- Degree from an accredited Physical/Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of three years in an outpatient physical therapy setting, with a focus on orthopedic care.
