Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to lead and execute automation projects using ControlLogix 5000, Factory RS Studio, and Siemens S7 for the corrugated industry.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with industry-leading partners and contribute to distribution, automotive, and manufacturing projects, working with technologies like ControlLogix, Siemens Step 7, and Wonderware.

Key responsibilities include integrating and programming PLC/HMI systems for sophisticated production lines and packaging automation, troubleshooting and commissioning industrial systems, including robotics (Fanuc, Kuka) and servo/VFD drives, and overseeing the reverse engineering and modernization of legacy PLC systems.

The Automation Engineer will also develop SCADA systems and perform detailed electrical schematics design adhering to UL and NEC standards, ensuring seamless operation and integration for automated machinery, working closely with our engineering and technical teams.

Key Technologies:

The successful candidate will work with a range of technologies, including ControlLogix 5000, Factory RS Studio, Siemens S7 (TIA Portal), WinCC, Step 7, Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000, GE Fanuc, Modicon PLCs, SCADA systems (IFIX, Wonderware, RSView SE), and programming for robotics (Kuka, Fanuc, ABB).

They will also have experience with electrical design using AutoCAD Electrical, industrial control systems, and panel layouts.

Your Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA system design, with a deep knowledge of Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE Fanuc, and Modicon PLCs.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in industries like automotive, manufacturing, or water treatment systems, with a strong foundation in electrical circuit design, UL certification, and control system integration.

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is required.
