As a Regional Clinical Director, you will play a crucial role in leading our team of clinicians to improve mental health outcomes in school districts.

Job Description
The Regional Clinical Director will provide supervision and oversight to Effective School Solutions clinicians to all school districts in their assigned region. This includes leading therapeutic programs, managing relationships with partner district personnel, and traveling up to 4 days per week in their region to support program implementation, account management, and clinical guidance. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical and therapeutic skills, have prior experience working with adolescent students, and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Oversight: Oversee the provision of clinical services to clients of the practice, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and culturally inclusive approaches.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead efforts to expand service offerings, reach new clients, and foster partnerships with school districts and other stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school district leaders, community organizations, and regulatory agencies.
