Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling to expand our customer base.

- Customized Solutions: Create tailored pest control plans for clients, taking into account their specific pest issues, budget, and preferences.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest pest control products, techniques, and regulations to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
- Proposal Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients, outlining the benefits and cost-effectiveness of our services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, striving to close deals that align with our company objectives and profitability.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and potential growth opportunities.
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience desired
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Valid drivers license with good driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Safely use and climb a ladder
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
