Culinary Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Gillette Stadium. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality menu items for catered events.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare menu items from posted production lists
- Cook and present menu items to specification
- Adhere to food and work safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Lead small groups to execute event foods
- Work club concession stands as needed
- Participate in special projects and assignments as business dictates
- Minimum 2 years of upscale food production experience in high-volume catering operations or restaurants
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
- Demonstrate ability in all basic hot and cold food production
- Excellent attendance and a devoted learner
