We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PACU Nurse to join our team at Merit Health Woman's Hospital. As a PACU Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care in the post-anesthesia care unit and other areas of perioperative services.
Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective patient care in the post-anesthesia care unit and other areas of perioperative services.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes or concerns.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- Current Mississippi RN licensure.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS and PALS certifications (or within 90 days of hire).
- One year of PACU or critical care experience.
