Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the collection of patient specimen(s) and proper labeling
- Deliver specimen(s) to the lab department safely
- Perform quality control and quality improvement tasks
- Assist with equipment maintenance and ensure availability of necessary clinical equipment and supplies
- Communicate with primary physician and direct care staff regarding patient information
- Coordinate and assist in the care of patients assigned in collaboration with other CT technologists, physicians, nurses, and allied health staff
- Associate degree and graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program
- Current Medical Radiologic Technologist certification with the Texas Medical Board (TMB)
