Work Environment:
This position is designated as On-Site.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and identify the best solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customers to increase sales by suggesting related products or add-ons.
  • Process customer orders and address inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings, providing solutions to ensure satisfaction and future sales.
  • Stay informed about Trane Products, offerings, and promotions to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales.
  • Engage with customers both via phone and in person.
  • Execute quote and order management processes with a high degree of accuracy to facilitate timely fulfillment and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with warehouse and inventory management tasks as necessary.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as required.
What You Bring:
  • GED or High School Diploma required.
  • Experience in inside sales, retail, or a related field preferred.
  • Background in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment emphasizing service, continuous improvement, and safety.
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships and maintain professional service even in challenging situations.
Compensation:

Starting from $44,500 and up based on experience, including a monthly incentive plan of 15%.

Total Target Cash includes a combination of fixed base salary and commission from sales. Our commission plans are uncapped and grow with successful employee performance.
