What You Will Do


Are you prepared to elevate your tax career? Your objective: ensure the prompt and precise filing of tax returns while navigating the complex tax ramifications of forthcoming mergers and acquisitions.

You will engage in a wide range of responsibilities essential to our U.S. compliance and tax provision initiatives.

In the capacity of International Tax Planning, M&A, Integration, you will participate in various functions concerning the company's international tax planning strategies, all while reporting to the Director of International Tax Planning, M&A, Integration.

Collaborate with business partners on international tax matters and provide support in the development and execution of company-wide international planning initiatives;


Assist in the formation of international principal company structures as necessary, legal entity rationalization projects, other international reorganizations, and repatriation strategies.

This will involve modeling to assess the ROI of relevant projects.

Support international M&A transactions, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration


Research and monitor developments and changes in international tax, including modeling to quantify local tax and U.S. international tax impacts.

Assist in the formulation and implementation of global transfer pricing strategies and policies, including the review and maintenance of transfer pricing studies;

Assist with the preparation and upkeep of intercompany agreements

Coordinate and manage international tax strategies in collaboration with external tax advisors;

Assist in the management and coordination of international tax audits

Demonstrate practical experience with international tax planning and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint within a financial business context.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

CPA strongly preferred

Experience with Big 4 and/or a combination with technology industry experience preferred

5+ years of international tax experience

Strong international tax planning skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Possess exceptional project management skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines
