In this role, the Financial Reconciliation Expert will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity in our financial records through meticulous reconciliation processes.


Responsibilities:

The Financial Reconciliation Expert will:
Conduct daily, monthly, and yearly reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
Identify and resolve discrepancies between financial records and statements by investigating and analyzing transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary documentation and information for reconciliation purposes
Utilize Excel and other relevant software tools to organize and analyze financial data effectively
Communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders clearly and effectively
Maintain accurate documentation of reconciliation processes and results for auditing purposes
Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to reconciliation processes
Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Financial Reconciliation and/or related Financial role
Bachelor's Degree
Microsoft Excel proficient (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulas)
Solid analytical and mathematical skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized

Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
