Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Club Communications and Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to engage with our members and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our Director of Member Services and other stakeholders to create compelling content, manage our website and social media channels, and analyze our marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to engage with our members and drive revenue growth
  • Manage our website and social media channels to ensure consistency and accuracy of content
  • Collaborate with our Director of Member Services and other stakeholders to create compelling content and marketing materials
  • Analyze our marketing performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies
  • Manage our email marketing campaigns to ensure timely and effective communication with our members
  • Develop and maintain our club calendar to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Work closely with our operations team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth
  • Manage our club app to ensure seamless user experience and effective communication with our members
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in website management, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
  • Highly organized and proactive behavior
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and days of the week to support the essential functions of the department and division
