Key Responsibilities- Teach nursing care of children and one additional nursing specialty
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of our students
- Contribute to the development of a diverse and inclusive learning community
- Engage in scholarly activities, including research and publication
- Participate in departmental and college-wide initiatives
- Terminal degree in nursing or related field (DNP, EdD or PhD) or within one year of completion
- Teaching experience in nursing education
- Experience in simulation-based education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
