Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all dispensing functions, monitoring patient medication regimens, and supervising technicians to ensure medication preparation and delivery are carried out accurately and timely.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate physician orders for appropriateness and safety for infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
- Perform accurate and timely computer order entry.
- Dispense new and daily medications, check Pyxis, Pyxis Cubies, refill lists, do share of CII Safe transactions, oversee, and verify technicians.
- Perform accurate and timely IV and chemotherapy admixture.
- Perform all clinical functions and therapeutic monitoring of medications for infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
