We are seeking a skilled Concrete Construction Specialist to join our team at B&B Concrete. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks, including erecting and setting forms for concrete structures, foundations, buildings, and site work per specifications and drawings.

**Responsibilities:**

* Fabricate and assemble tilt up panels with precision and attention to detail
* Form footings, column pads, and other structural concrete to meet project requirements
* Install and align embedded items such as anchor bolts, inserts, and lifting hardware with accuracy
* Assist with layout as needed to ensure project timelines are met
* Strip forms after panels are poured, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
* Maintain and keep track of tools, ensuring they are in good working condition

**Requirements:**

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings with ease
* Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks as needed, including lifting at least 50 lbs
* Knowledge of tilt up panels and the process is a plus
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for work-related travel
* Ability to work weekends if needed, with flexibility to adapt to changing project schedules
* Basic hand tools for carpentry are required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques
* OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain one, ensuring a safe working environment

**Working Conditions:**

* Work outside in various weather conditions, with the ability to adapt to changing environmental factors
* Physical demands of the job include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
