Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school setting near Edmond, Oklahoma. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language evaluations, developing and implementing individualized education plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess students' communication needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results and students' goals.
  • Intervention and Support: Provide evidence-based interventions and strategies to enhance students' speech and language skills, and collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student success.
  • IEP Development and Implementation: Develop and implement IEPs that align with students' goals and needs, and attend IEP meetings to provide input on speech therapy goals and recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student success, and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Education and Licensure: Active Speech Language Pathologist licensure is required, and an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy is required.
