**Job Summary:**

Citizens Medical Center seeks a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication disorders, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement

**Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of Texas
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for certification
  • 1-2 years of experience in home health or related field
