Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for the commissioning, repair, and maintenance of commercial HVAC equipment. If you have a strong background in HVAC and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commission new ventilation and HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Repair and replace existing HVAC equipment to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Measure and adjust air flow to design specifications to ensure a healthy and comfortable indoor environment
  • Develop and maintain a service schedule to ensure timely and efficient maintenance
  • Prepare and submit job reports and invoices daily to ensure accurate tracking and billing
Requirements
  • Strong background in HVAC, HVAC/R, and electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret commercial wiring schematics
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools
  • Ability to work in outside conditions and in tight spaces (inside RTU)
  • Use of ladders for roof access

Compensation
