Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Safety is our top priority. At Synerfac, we are currently seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team and support the industrial manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting. The role will involve working as part of a team with two Mechanics, ensuring the safe operation of equipment and facilities. Key responsibilities will include following company safety policies and procedures, analyzing and interpreting wiring diagrams and specifications, and diagnosing equipment malfunctions. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an industrial setting, with expertise in electrical testing equipment and high-voltage systems. The ability to work from boom lifts and operate overhead cranes is highly desirable. If you have the skills and experience required, we encourage you to apply.

Main Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot electrical equipment and diagnose malfunctions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or journeyman status

• 3-5 years of experience in an industrial setting

• Experience with electrical testing equipment and high-voltage systems

• Ability to work from boom lifts and operate overhead cranes

Working Conditions:
