Job Summary

Community Health Network is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Unit team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to patients with chronic and acute diseases of the heart, lungs, GI, stroke, and dialysis.
Assist patients with obtaining a better quality of life by delivering care to patients with chronic and acute diseases.
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Requirements

Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
Two years of Med/Surg experience preferred.
