Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for leading our Squad Crew to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that our pizzas and salads are made to perfection. You'll work closely with our General Manager to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Squad Crew to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that pizzas and salads are made to perfection
  • Work closely with the General Manager to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Coach and develop the skills of our Squad Crew members to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe condition
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
  • Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations
  • Must be at least 18 years old
