Job Summary:

Position: Bakery Associate

FLSA Status: Hourly

Reports To: Bakery Department Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to guests, assist in locating bakery items, manage special requests, and take accurate orders for custom products.
  • Product Presentation: Package and price bakery items, maintain quality standards, and ensure an appealing display of products.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock items promptly, and rotate products to ensure freshness.
  • Food Safety Compliance: Uphold cleanliness and organization in work areas, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Support: Flexibly perform additional duties as needed to assist the team.
