Job Title: Diesel Mechanic

This is a day shift position, Monday-Friday, with a competitive hourly rate of up to $36 plus monthly bonuses. A $7,500 hiring bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Job Summary:

FleetPride, Inc. is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and trailers. Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues
  • Work efficiently and safely to provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the service manager and service writer to ensure timely completion of jobs
  • Provide own tools and box
  • Valid driver's license required; CDL a plus
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in truck/trailer repair
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
