Key Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN)/(LVN), maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Present medication to residents and observe ingestion or administer medication using specified procedures.
  • Take vital signs or observe residents to detect response to medication, reporting reactions to the healthcare team.

  • Provide direct patient care, ensuring resident safety by identifying potential hazards and emergency situations, and taking corrective action as needed.
