Housekeeping Inspector

StepStone Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at the Springhill Suites Hotel. As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and quality of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Report any issues or concerns to the Housekeeping Office and work with the team to resolve them promptly.
- Communicate effectively with guests, associates, and vendors to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and issues reported.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to implement quality control measures and improve processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs and push or pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
