  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu, including food and beverage items, to effectively suggest and recommend options to guests.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
