At Tommy Bahama, we're more than just a brand – we're a lifestyle. As an Island Ambassador, you'll be an integral part of our team, inspiring your colleagues to deliver exceptional food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a relaxed destination – Greet all guests with a friendly smile and demonstrate genuine hospitality.
  • Set the course – Deliver exceptional services by assisting servers with food delivery to guests.
  • Support your crew – Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant.
  • Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service/hospitality.
  • Excellent guest service skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Routine standing for duration of shift.
  • Maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: Hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys, and other tools listed in training manual.
  • Scheduled shifts determined by business needs.
