Housekeeping Attendant

Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, the Room Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean and welcoming environment during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms according to established standards.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing their needs with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
- Perform pre-cleaning duties, including preparing supplies and equipment for daily tasks.
- Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms and public areas, ensuring a tidy environment.
- Restock housekeeping carts and replenish cleaning supplies as necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues or missing items to the appropriate supervisor.
- Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the designated uniform.
- Attend required training sessions and meetings to enhance service delivery.
- Handle lost and found items in accordance with company policies.
- Foster a positive atmosphere by being attentive and responsive to guest inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel or related field is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
