- Provide expert guidance to managers on complex HR issues, including terminations, investigations, and reasonable accommodations.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to recommend competitive programs that support our talent acquisition and retention goals.
- Partner with leadership to offer strategic HR guidance that supports current and future talent needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Four to ten years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This role may require working a non-traditional schedule or working outside of normally assigned duties during public health incidents and emergencies.
