Job Summary

Northern Light Acadia Hospital is seeking a skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our Adult Medication Management program in Bangor, Maine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health treatment using psychotherapy, medication management, and other interventions
  • Consult with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide direct patient care and serve as a clinical leader and resource for other staff
  • Participate in program development, guide group decision-making, and implement plans to improve quality of care
  • Have opportunities for inpatient and hospital rounding calls for additional compensation in adult and pediatric settings
