We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to manage the Administrative and Member Services activities of our credit union. This includes overseeing and directing the Member Services staff at our Lewiston and Auburn locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional member service and work collaboratively to ensure strategic goals are met.
- Create or assist in the creation of policies and procedures for the member service function.
- Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage for efficient operation.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Maintain a highly motivated and well-trained staff.
- Answer routine questions on products and services.
- Address technical and operational questions or problems.
- Ensure staff completes required training.
- Provide back-up assistance in Member Services.
- Evaluate job performance and conduct interviews.
- Two to five years of similar or related experience.
- Credit union experience is preferred.
