Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medication Reminders: Help clients remember to take their medications as prescribed.
  • Companionship: Engage in conversations, play games, and participate in activities with clients to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Light Housekeeping: Assist clients with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
  • Errands and Appointments: Accompany clients to appointments, run errands, and assist with grocery shopping.
  • Safety and Emergency Response: Respond quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency, such as falls or medical emergencies.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and compassion.
  • Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification required.
