About the Role

Zuci Systems is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team. As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate and manage project activities, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
    • Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met.
  • Infrastructure Management
    • Manage and maintain infrastructure assets, including network, cloud, and contact center infrastructure.
    • Ensure infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable.
    • Develop and implement infrastructure policies and procedures.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of infrastructure engineers and technicians.
    • Develop and implement team policies and procedures.
    • Ensure team members have the necessary skills and training to perform their roles.
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Develop and maintain project reports, including status reports, progress reports, and final project reports.
    • Ensure projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure project management.
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and process.
    • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
    • Technical expertise in requirements gathering, process engineering, and technical documentation.
    • Good knowledge of SQL and related tools.
    • Experience working with Agile Project Management tools.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving skills.
    • Flexibility and excellent organizational skills.
    • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Certifications
    • ITIL / PMP Certification, preferred.
