Overview:
IDR is in search of a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee critical projects for our esteemed clients. This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel required for client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT Infrastructure projects, from initiation to completion.
2. Supervise a team of Project Coordinators to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
3. Lead a group of Network Technicians to facilitate efficient operations and rapid issue resolution.
4. Monitor project goals, deliverables, and scope to ensure alignment with client expectations.
5. Address technical challenges and implement risk management strategies.
6. Coordinate the delivery of hardware components to various locations.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing IT projects related to networks, data centers, and low voltage systems.
- Proven track record in a high-dispatch environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective client presentations.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, particularly in network upgrades and Wi-Fi implementations.
- Background in Telecom and/or Retail sectors is advantageous.
