Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and host engaging events and activities that foster a sense of community and connection among residents
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and activities
  • Collaborate with staff and residents to identify community needs and develop programs to meet those needs
  • Manage event budgets and ensure effective use of resources
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and staff
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community engagement and event planning
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in community engagement, event planning, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a residential setting
  • Knowledge of community engagement principles and practices
  • Experience with event planning software and tools
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
