TotalMed Allied is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to fill a travel job in San Diego, California. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
- Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of California.
