Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive health assessments and diagnose and treat complex illnesses in a mobile setting.
- Work collaboratively with DispatchHealth Medical Technicians (DHMTs) to provide definitive care, including point-of-care laboratory studies, minor procedures, and wound care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure timely follow-up and care coordination.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices to provide exceptional patient care.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, or other relevant areas.
- Graduate with an advanced degree from an accredited institution.
- Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Nationally board certified, current.
- Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred.
- Prescriptive authority and DEA.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to walk up and down several flights of stairs easily.
