Role Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Acquisition Specialist who excels at following a structured approach to engage potential clients. Your ability to adhere to our proven communication strategy is essential for success in this role.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Engage with 25 prospective leads daily using our established script.
  • Conduct over 15 meaningful conversations.
  • Become proficient in our communication strategy.
  • Schedule more than 15 appointments each week.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Dependable and able to work in our office environment.
  • Stable work history with no more than two jobs in the last five years.
  • No self-employment in the past six months.
  • Experience in a role that involves extensive phone communication.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of calls, speaking with 30+ individuals daily.
  • Demonstrated talk time of 5+ hours in previous roles.
  • Track record of meeting performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Recognition for achievements in previous positions.
  • Ability to follow a defined call flow and script consistently.
  • Experience in data management and CRM usage.
  • History of making multiple follow-up contacts with leads.
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback.
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $50,000
  • Commission: $30,000
  • Total Potential Earnings: $80,000
