EMT/Paramedic - PRN

Hamilton Health Box is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate On-Site Clinician to join our team. As an On-Site Clinician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide protocol-driven care to patients, including scheduling and follow-up appointments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure employees receive appropriate care and programs.
- Formulate individualized programs based on health risk assessment results.
- Assist with annual physicals and placement examinations, complete screenings, testing, and results reporting.
- Coordinate client referrals to other providers and arrange or perform follow-up evaluations.
- Participate in formal classes for groups of employees and coordinate health fairs.
- Collect and interpret data on one-on-ones and program offerings.
- Provide one-on-one counseling/coaching with clients and consult with employees regarding health awareness, education, and care navigation.
- Consult with internal and external partners to provide care navigation and build teams and partnerships.
- Ensure a safe working environment for self and coworkers by following regulatory agency and organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic, or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) recommended.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels throughout an organization.
- Knowledge of specific disease and lifestyle-related topics such as smoking cessation, weight management, nutrition, stress reduction, and chronic condition.
- Optimistic, understanding, innovative, and conscientious.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, employees, and the public.
Work Schedule:
- PRN
- 12 hour shifts
