Hamilton Health Box is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated EMT/Paramedic to join our team in a PRN capacity. As an EMT/Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy outcomes and prevent complications.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current EMT/Paramedic certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
