Key Responsibilities
  • Lead safety efforts for the team and ensure compliance with safety rules and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement quality monitoring and improvement processes on projects.
  • Provide technical direction and expertise on complex projects, including conceptualization, design, and implementation.
  • Supervise and mentor less experienced engineers and technical support personnel.
  • Lead technical training and make informed decisions based on state-of-the-art technology issues.
  • Provide leadership on marketing, sales, and business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 8-11 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
