About the Position

We are seeking a skilled ICU/Critical Care RN to join our team at a top-rated hospital in Los Angeles, CA.

Job Summary

As an ICU RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement care strategies for patients with complex health conditions
  • Provide hands-on care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in staff training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in ICU/Critical Care nursing
  • Active license or accreditation in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements and certifications as may be requested by the facility/unit
