RN Unit Manager

Quality Talent Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our team at Betsy Ross Nursing & Rehab Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct nursing staff to ensure adherence to facility standards and regulations.
- Evaluate performance, mentor staff, and support professional growth and development.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor resident health, initiate interventions, and coordinate ancillary services as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and quality assurance activities.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care planning sessions to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Current and good standing RN License in the State of New York.
- Experience working with geriatric, short-term rehab, and Alzheimer's patients is desirable.
- Progressive nursing experience, supervisory experience preferred.
- 2-3 years nursing experience; leadership experience a plus.
- Clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and policies is required.
- Dedicated to providing extraordinary, quality, compassionate care to each resident.
- Genuinely interested in helping ill, injured, disabled, and elderly individuals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organization skills are a must.
- Able to work well under pressure, flexible, and willing to work harmoniously with all staff.
