**Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager**
Oneida Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our team in Utica, NY. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our unit, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and mentor less experienced nurses, providing clinical and career guidance
* Develop and implement employee policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment
* Collaborate with upper-level management to represent the unit's interests
* Review resident records and quality of care to ensure compliance with standards
* Address resident and family concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
**Requirements:**
* Valid State RN License
* 3 years of Long Term Care experience preferred
* 2 years of Charge Nurse experience preferred
* Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills
