Coordination Duties:

  • Oversee annual budget preparation and financial projections.

  • Focus on general administration with an emphasis on service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an academic financial setting.
  • Proficiency in complex financial modeling, record-keeping, and database management.
  • Strong skills in spreadsheet development and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication abilities, with experience presenting to management.
  • Advanced computing skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday software.
  • Experience with financial reporting tools such as profit and loss statements or balance sheets is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative approach with a strong capacity to build relationships across all organizational levels.
