Requirements
  • Age: Must be 18 years or older.
  • Communication: Understanding of oral or written directions in English is required.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer and math skills are necessary.
  • Education: High school graduate preferred.
  • Experience: Prior guest service experience and commercial kitchen experience are preferred.
  • Certification: TIPS Certification is preferred.
  • Skiing Ability: Ability to ski or ride at an intermediate level is required for employees of ski-in/ski-out restaurants in winter.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Physical Demands: Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk, or be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Work Conditions: Regularly work in wet, hot, and humid conditions, and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces.
  • Lifting: Must be able to continually lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance.
